Sunflower Houses

A Sunflower House, home to 6 to 10 individuals or families, is organized around the self-help principles of individual responsibility and group support. Housing + Solutions carefully selects a property, makes modest renovations and recruits tenants. Professional staff meets with each tenant to set goals and develop an action plan that focuses on family, work, health and their recovery. Tenants agree to pay rent proportionate to their income, follow through on their action plan, join their house tenant council and help manage the house.
