We consider our programs successful if tenants, over the long term, maintain housing, remain in recovery, achieve family stability, are employed in suitable jobs with benefits, and are better equipped to make decisions leading to economic security.

80% of the tenants are employed. Of these 35% have been working for over 18 months; 49% have worked for 6 months or more.

    Permanent Housing
    100% of tenants remain housed.

Half of the tenants reunite with their children during the first year; others take up to two years; for some the goal is to reconnect with their family.

80% of tenants have been in recovery two years or longer. 100% of the tenants participate in after care or attend self-help meetings.

Most tenants return to school for a general educational degree (GED) to complete training programs or begin college.
